Sometimes the bulbs are fine and the battery is low. If you made short trips, don’t charge the battery, worked on the car with the hood and doors open, this could be your issue.

Sos system failure. I just visited the dealer, they told me the sos back up battery is dead. It has to be replaced. Total cost €600,- they say its the roof battery, so they have to take the whole roof liner out. Car is 3 years old en one month out of warranty. They are going to give bmw a call to see if some warranty will cover this. dHaqd.
